That's not something you get often when you're running white. I hate white ink. Don't get me wrong, I love the way it looks, but printing with it can be a challenge. We use a very thick, plastisol ink to get good coverage and durability, but it makes the ink condition very important. White is always the thickest. It has to be to get a really opaque white, especially on darker colored shirts.
Fortunately there were no issues here. It helps that it was just a small crest and that there were no large white blocks. Nope, short and sweet. These runs are fun.
